This Houston experimental music magazine might have won 'Zine of the Year in 2007 from the Plug Independent Music Awards, but their mag is all high end as far as I can see. Check out cover boys Animal Collective, an art collective/experimental noise band that has balanced themselves between the artworld (villified by ADA) and noise (villified by MAN). Established ten years ago in Burlington, Vermont they are now published out a house off 11th Street in the Heights. Available at Sound Exchange and Domy Books.
