Want to look like a fool in front of Houston's elite? To be treated like a second-class citizen? Enter the third annual Houston Hunting Art Prize, sponsored by oil giant Hunting LLC. This year's event provoked a bit of outrage 'round here, and here. Next year's call for entries has just gone out, and all representational painters without self-worth are encouraged to apply.
