trust me, do not involve public monies.. relish your freedom from it! find your scale appropriately and ask nothing from THEM The responsibility to the public is not to be taken lightly and has been in the past, the outcomes were disappointing in hindsight. the art is really not art and more so a consumable of social construct and at best mere commentary. in the end, totally forgettable...
